Purchase your Virtual Charm Bar Experience online.

2. Book your appointment

We’ll email you to arrange a convenient 20-minute video call during our opening hours (Monday–Saturday, 10am–6pm UK time).

3. Design your jewellery

Browse our charm collection live, mix and match different styles, and choose your favourites with our guidance.

4. We make it

We’ll hand-assemble your bracelet and carefully package it.

5. Delivered to your door

Your finished bracelet will be posted to you, ready to wear or gift.
